Our Story
From the beginning we have focused on the richness of urban lifestyles and have made it our mission to craft fine infill homes within Ottawa’s most desirable communities and to make urban living more accessible. Early on we built beautiful homes with classic features like large cold storage rooms, but with a modern, clean style and with attention to details that you couldn’t find at the price points we offered.
Later, we found that in order to make urban living more accessible, we needed to offer rental accommodations and we transitioned into the ‘build to rent’ market. We carried the same attention to detail, and a focus on modern clean designs into building elegant Urban rental accommodations.
